Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a General Merchandise Associate to deliver excellent customer service, keep the sales floor organized, and support stocking and sales activities across general merchandise.

You'll greet customers, help with product selection, and resolve issues while promoting store services and ensuring a safe, clean shopping environment.

The role offers flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the minimum pay starting at 18.75 CAD per hour.

Qualifications

• Age – 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an Excellent Customer Experience by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, promoting products and services, helping locate merchandise, supporting purchase decisions, and resolving customer concerns.
• Sales Floor Coverage and Team Support by covering assigned areas and assisting with Front End coverage as needed.
• Merchandising, Zoning, and Recovery by maintaining a clean, organized floor and moving/f reserving merchandise.
• Stocking and Modular Execution including downstocking, protection, and setting modulars.
• Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance by following policies, completing safety logs, and ensuring displays are secure.
