What You'll Do:

• If it's happening the venue, you are a part of it! Planning, executing, elevating - you do it all
• You do what it takes to increase sales and minimize costs without comprising quality
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/provincial /local laws, and ordinances
• Manage all areas of the venue and makes final decisions on matters of importance
• Effectively communicate and interact with all departments across the venue including BOH management team, as well as BHC Head Office
• While you're very focused on ensuring outstanding guest service, responding to complaints, taking appropriate action, and generating return guests - you also recognize the importance of employee experience and building a strong team culture

What You Have:

• You don't shy away from working with various types of technology and systems, including the ability to troubleshoot, update, and train team members
