The Opportunity
We are seeking an innovative leader with a manufacturing background to grow a new division within The All-Fab Group (AFG). This new division known as the Specialized Projects Division, will be responsible for contributing to the success of various business units in the All-Fab Group’s Canadian and USA markets, via specialized projects. This position can be located near any city in Western Canada where an All-Fab Group location is present.
Reporting to the Vice-President of Operations, the General Manager (GM) will be responsible for the overall operations of the Division. The GM has four main areas of strategic focus: Business Development, Employee Relations, Customer Service, and Sales & Marketing. The GM is responsible for the development and implementation of an annual business plan (budget) that is aligned with the company Strategic plans.
