Implements operating policies and procedures through Supervisors and experienced Individual Contributors.

Education, Licenses, Certifications – College, university, or equivalent degree in Engineering, Business or related field required. Advanced degree in Business or related field preferred. Green Belt certified. Experience – Significant experience required, including supervisory, product, customer, and budgetary experience.
