Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), the General Manager, Infrastructure provides leadership, strategic direction, and overall accountability for the delivery of Public Works, Planning & Development, and Engineering services. As a trusted advisor to Council, the CAO, and the public, this role balances technical expertise with strong people leadership, financial stewardship, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
As a member of the County’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the General Manager contributes to corporate strategy, policy development, and organizational excellence, helping guide Lac La Biche County toward long-term sustainability and success.
Competitive Compensation: A competitive salary commensurate with qualifications, experience, and senior leadership responsibilities. Annual salary range starts at $158,158.00
