Job Summary

As General Manager, you’ll lead all aspects of foodservice operations, including forecasting, marketing, retail programs, and catering services. This is a hands‑on leadership role that requires flexibility to work weekdays, with occasional evenings and weekends.

  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manageproduct and labour costs
  • Provencatering and event planningexperience
  • Excellentleadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency inMS Word and Excel; knowledge ofPOS systemsis an asset
