  • Recruit, coach, and retain top talent; build a high-performance culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Partner with OEMs to meet performance, branding, and compliance standards.

  • Proven leadership and team-building skills; professional, persuasive, and confident communicator.
  • Strong understanding of dealership financials, operational drivers, and manufacturer programs.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with modern CRM, DMS, and inventory management systems.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and strong business ethics.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to succeed, with the drive to take ownership and build something long-term.

  • Senior Management benefits package : Full comprehensive benefits package and Employee & Family Assistance Program.
  • Paid time off : 3 weeks’ paid vacation.
  • Perks : company demo vehicle and fuel card.
  • Career growth opportunities within the Morris Group of Companies. Our current General Manager is advancing to lead a newly acquired dealership within the group — a reflection of the growth and opportunity available across our organization.
