We’re on the hunt for an exceptional General Manager to lead our newest location in South Surrey (targeted opening May 2026). As the driving force of the restaurant, you’ll lead a passionate team, deliver world‑class guest experiences, and help shape the success of a growing premium brand.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead with purpose : Inspire and develop your team to deliver an outstanding guest experience every day.
  • Drive results : Manage key financials, identify growth opportunities, and implement initiatives that maximize sales and profitability.
  • Champion excellence : Maintain the highest standards for food, service, cleanliness, and atmosphere — every shift, every guest.
  • Build teams that thrive : Recruit, train, and mentor an incredible group of people who love what they do.
  • Think like an owner : Oversee operations in both front and back of house, manage costs effectively, and ensure flawless execution.
  • Grow future leaders : Coach Assistant Managers and Supervisors to reach their full potential.
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a full‑service restaurant or bar
  • A proven track record of inspiring and developing high‑performing teams
  • A natural communicator with strong people skills and positive energy
  • Passion for hospitality, excellence, and continuous improvement
  • Strong business acumen and organizational ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Excel (an asset)
