Job summary

GDLP Restaurant Group, owners of Wingstop franchises, seeks a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, build a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive sales and profitability, develop future leaders, uphold food safety and brand standards, and partner with the District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Food Handler Certification required.
• Previous restaurant management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams.

GENERAL MANAGER

Position Summary

As a General Manager at GDLP Restaurant Group, you'll lead all aspects of restaurant operations while building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional guest experience. You'll be responsible for creating a culture of accountability, developing future leaders, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring every guest receives the Wingstop experience they expect. This role is a key leadership position that helps shape the future of our restaurants and our company.

What We're Looking For

• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.
