Job summary

The Canadian Brewhouse is seeking a General Manager in Kamloops to lead all departments and drive sales and profitability with an ownership mindset.

You will mentor a high-performing team, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and manage payroll, ordering, and scheduling while leveraging market trends and budgeting to plan events and growth.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
