  • Experience in Trucking (preferably fluid hauling)
  • Proven success in a management role of a company with 100+ employees.
  • Highly organized individual with attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel, on occasion
  • Outstanding leadership skills
  • Knowledge of business practices (Finance, HR, Operations)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem‑solving aptitude
As General Manager, You Will Have The Following Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the company
  • Design strategy and set goals for growth
  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
  • Set policies and processes, in collaboration with other managers
  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
  • Oversee recruitment for all divisions
  • Evaluate and improve operations and performance
  • Prepare regular reports for the President
  • Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
  • Provide solutions to issues (e.g., profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
