Job Title: General Labourer
Location: Kingston, ON

Shift/Hours: 7AM to 3:30PM, Monday- Friday
Hourly Wage: $ 20.00 / hr

We are looking for a Labourer to join our team. You would be helping make precast concrete products from start to finish. This hands‐on role involves preparing molds, pouring and finishing concrete, and following safety rules and technical drawings. It requires physical strength, teamwork, and attention to detail to produce quality products that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Concrete Manufacturing & Finishing
  • Prepare molds and forms for concrete pours
  • Set up reinforcement, inserts, and hardware as shown in drawings
  • Pour, remove, patch, and finish concrete products to meet standards
  • Label products with job details, logos, and customer info
  • Check quality before and after pours and fill out paperwork
  • Safely operate tools and equipment, including overhead cranes and forklifts (if certified)
  • Follow all company and industry safety standards and procedures
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must have reliable transportation . (Location is not transit accessible)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use measuring tools
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand/power tools
  • Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work in demanding environments
  • Certification in crane or forklift operation is an asset
  • Physically demanding, hands‑on work in a dusty, noisy, and fast‑paced plant setting
  • Regular standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting required throughout the day
  • Exposure to hot conditions in the summer and cold areas in winter
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
