IS2 Workforce Solutions is hiring hardworking and dependable General Labourers for a leading Commercial Roofing Company right here in Calgary! If you enjoy hands‑on work, being part of a tight-knit crew, and take pride in doing quality work you can see, this opportunity is for you.

Job Types: Temporary – Permanent (4 Week assignment)

Pay Rate: $20.00 hour and overtime eligible

Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 7:30am-5:30pm

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems
• Load and unload materials, tools, and roofing supplies on‑site
• Safely operate basic hand and power tools
• Keep your work area organized, clean, and safe
• Support skilled roofers with day‑to‑day site tasks and setup
• Follow all safety standards and company policies

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous construction or roofing experience is an asset (but we’re happy to train reliable, hardworking individuals!)
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors, in all weather conditions
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
• CSTS (Construction Safety Training System) – preferred not required
• Fall Protection / Fall Arrest – preferred not required
• Aerial Work Platform / Elevated Work Platform (EWP) – preferred not required
• Valid driver’s licence and dependable transportation to job sites – preferred not required
