Shine Window & Eaves is hiring for a full-time outdoor position in Ontario. You will work as part of a tight-knit team, performing window cleaning, painting decks, pressure washing, and related tasks at heights.

No prior experience is required as training is provided, and top performers can earn well through tips and bonuses. Earn an uncapped income with hourly pay plus weekly bonuses, depending on effort and hours worked.
