$20-27 / hour. Paid weekly. Gig-based work. All sites within 90 mins to HRM.

Our sites have coffee and breakfast ready every morning. Organized materials. Clean work areas. You'll support skilled crews by keeping sites professional, not cleaning up after slobs.

THE WORK

• Move materials to where crews need them
• Keep sites clean and organized throughout the day
• Set up coffee and breakfast stations
• Load / unload deliveries with superintendent
• Basic site maintenance and setup
• Whatever helps crews stay productive

THE SETUP

• Work when we need you (usually 2-4 days per week)
• 6 : 30 AM - 3 : 30 PM typical shifts
• Text by 6 PM day before if we need you
• Paid every Friday for that week's work
• Work under experienced superintendent
• Respectful environment where everyone matters
