Job summary

Techo-Bloc is seeking a Production Laborer for a night shift position in Quebec. You will inspect concrete products, replace non-conforming items, and prepare goods for shipping while moving materials and supporting machine operators.

Safety, reliability, and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role. The role requires lifting up to 23 kg (50 lb) and working 10-hour shifts, with a focus on quality and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Job Description

Schedule:Night shift schedule fromMonday to Thursday, 5:30PM to 5:30AM

Compensation:Competitive wage:$22.07/hourto $22.62/hour + Night shift premium 2$/h

Your role

As a Production Laborer, you play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining Techo-Bloc’s quality standards. On a daily basis, you will:

• Inspect concrete products (quality, shape, color, consistency)
• Remove defective products and replace them with compliant pieces
• Sort, package, wrap, and prepare products for shipping
• Transport raw materials and finished products, manually or using equipment
• Assist machine operators with daily tasks
• Clean machines and maintain a clean and safe work environment
