Compass Group Canada is seeking a Multi Skilled Worker to support daily operations in our food service environment in Tecumseh, Ontario. You will assist with food preparation, help set up and clear tables, serve meals, and handle dishwashing while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen.

The role requires a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent; healthcare or long-term care experience is preferred.

How You Will Make An Impact

You will be responsible for supporting our daily operations with a wide range of tasks such as cleaning, food preparation, serving meals, and dishwashing.

As a Multi Skilled Worker, You Will

• Assist with food preparation, set up and cleanup of chairs & tables, serving meals, , dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Perform duties according to health & safety guidelines, report all injuries and hazards to the supervisor immediately and other reasonable requests from management

About You

• You must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
• Previous food services experience is an asset
• Previous experience in the healthcare environment or long-term care setting is preferred
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good command of English language, both verbal and written and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
