Job summary

Commercial Cleaning Services is seeking reliable cleaners to join our team in Ontario. The overnight shift runs Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 pm to 5:00 am, focusing on high-quality cleaning across schools, offices, and retail sites.

You’ll learn industry-leading techniques and use floor machines to maintain spotless spaces. We value a passion for customer service, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties and lift up to 51 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Learn industry-leading cleaning techniques to achieve consistently high-quality results.
• Operate auto-scrubbers, ride-on machines, carpet extractors and floor burnishing machines for periodic maintenance.
• Lift and move furniture and equipment for cleaning and maintenance.
• Assist with loading, unloading and delivering cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing customers’ needs.
• May perform high-level cleaning tasks requiring ladders or scaffolding.

What will I do?

• Learn industry-leading cleaning techniques to achieve consistently high-quality results
• Operate auto-scrubbers, ride on machines, carpet extractors and floor burnishing machines to complete periodic floor maintenance including stripping and waxing, buffing and burnishing hard floors and carpet cleaning
• Lifting and moving furniture and equipment for the purpose of completing cleaning and floor maintenance
• Assisting with loading, unloading and delivering cleaning supplies, consumables and equipment
• Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing customers’ unique needs
• May perform high-level cleaning tasks which require the use of ladders or scaffolding

Physical Requirements
