About the Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated General Carpenter/Renovator to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong work ethic, a willingness to work extended hours, and a hands‑on approach to getting the job done.

Responsibilities
  • Perform demolition and prep work for kitchen and bathroom renovation
  • Install cabinetry, countertops, backsplashes, flooring, and fixtures
  • Frame walls, doors, and partitions as needed
  • Complete drywall installation, taping, and finishing
  • Perform painting, trim work, and final finishesLoad or unload construction materials.
  • Put together and take apart temporary structures
  • Grind, scrape, sand, or polish surfaces
  • Load, unload, and identify building materials, machinery, and tools and distribute them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans and specifications.
  • Follow instructions from lead hands and project managers.
  • Gutters and fascia installation
  • Line painter
  • Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
  • Experience in residential carpentry and renovations is a must
  • Valid driver's license Class 5
  • Criminal record clearance
  • Physically fit with good hand‑eye coordination and endurance
  • Willing to work long hours and in all weather conditions
  • Mechanically inclined and safety‑conscious (CSA‑approved steel‑toe boots required)
  • Strong time management, critical thinking, and active listening skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
