In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will sit at the intersection of business, user experience, and the technologies that solve our customer and end‑user problems; confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, go‑to‑market planning, sales, and other key business support activities.
As a GenAI Product Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you manage the development and utilization of technology to drive product management initiatives. As a Manager you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining elevated standards, while embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery and encourage others to do the same.
