You will be the general manager of commercial and internal products, sitting at the intersection of business, user experience, and technology to confirm market demands and drive business growth. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from definition through release and end of life, including commercialization, go‑to‑market planning, and sales support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in the integration of new AI/GenAI‑based solutions with our IT business teams.
• Define the AI/GenAI roadmap based on business needs.
• Work closely with architecture, infrastructure and operational teams to ensure the evolution of the AI Platform.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resource needs for generative AI initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with AI/GenAI experts to balance pace of innovation with product reliability.
• Act as a bridge builder across technology, product and operations teams.
• Supervise developers and tech leads working on AI/GenAI activities.
• Follow PwC IT, PM and Data Governance best‑practices, guidelines and meet design requirements and project timelines.
• Perform technology watch on the AI/GenAI domain.
• Assist Helpdesk team and provide L3 support for managed products.

Qualifications and Experience

• Manage various internal and external stakeholders and network teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Development or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of common programming languages and software architecture patterns.
• Technical background in AI/ML with good understanding of generative models.
• Open to discovering new tools and products in the field of AI/GenAI.
• Proactive and able to propose new solutions.
• Basic understanding of Web, Network and Database administration.
• ITIL knowledge.
