Job summary

Lovelytics is seeking a Lead GenAI Consultant to design and deliver cutting-edge GenAI solutions on the Databricks platform. You will lead client engagements, focus on AI agents, RAG, and end-to-end implementation, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring quality and security standards.

The role blends hands-on engineering with strategic consulting, requiring strong Python skills, data/ML knowledge, and cloud architecture understanding.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on GenAI experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, tool calling, and orchestration.
• Solid Databricks experience across Mosaic AI, Model Serving, Unity Catalog, Vector Search and related tools.
• Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals, including APIs, testing, Git, CI/CD, and deployment practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of GenAI and Agentic AI workstreams on Databricks from design to production.
• Own technical execution for solution components, including design decisions, development, testing, and deployment.
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance to Senior Consultants and review code/architecture.
