Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI/ML, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in software engineering, ML, or data science with hands-on GenAI/LLM experience.
• Willing to relocate to Mississauga, ON or within commuting distance.
• Authorized to work in Canada without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Gen AI applications using LLMs and agentic frameworks.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines with vector search and retrieval.
• Collaborate with product teams, data engineers, and UX.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews.
