Job summary

Tiger Analytics Inc. seeks an AI Engagement Lead to blend client leadership with hands-on AI/ML engineering.

The role splits ~50/50 between engagement management and technical delivery, focusing on enterprise GenAI, LLMs, and AI service architectures in a cloud-first environment. You will guide cross-functional teams, design end-to-end AI solutions, integrate LangChain/LLMs, deploy RAG pipelines, and ensure production-grade quality with monitoring and guardrails.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, AI/ML, data science, or related technical field.
• Proven hands-on experience building and deploying AI/GenAI solutions.
• Experience leading technical teams or AI engineering pods while remaining hands-on.
• Strong Python proficiency and production-grade app development experience.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, GenAI, NLP, RAG, and AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/GenAI engagements from discovery to development, deployment, and production.
• Serve as the primary technical and delivery interface for clients and senior stakeholders.
• Translate business objectives into AI/ML solution requirements and actionable plans.
• Own project planning, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
