Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build Custom GPTs with Actions integration
• Design and develop End-2-End API-driven solutions to be leveraged within custom GPT as Actions
• Assess product capabilities by carrying out proof-of-concepts and research
• Build dashboards in Power BI as per requirements
• Act as a technical expert to guide staff members on their automation idea’s development and deployment
• Coaching support to build Custom GPT and Power Automate use cases
• Support office hours and other sessions
• Carry out automation and Custom GPT review before deployment
• Validate environment setup and roles, and guide others on how to perform it
• Coordinate with Platform and product teams to propagate delivery and infrastructure-related items

Requirements

• 2+ year of hands-on experience building chatbots or GenAI agents leveraging Enterprise ChatGPT(Custom GPTs) or Copilot Studio. Custom GPT development experience is mandatory
• Expertise in API design and development (RESTful, SOAP) and security (OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect)
• Experience with API design tools (Swagger / OpenAPI, Postman, Kong)
• Experience with OpenAI APIs
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI
• Strong SQL and database knowledge
