Job summary

Collabera is hiring an AI Engineer in Toronto with 6+ years of software experience and 1-2+ years building GenAI apps. You will craft GenAI-powered products using Python, React/Next.js, and AWS, building LLM pipelines, RAG solutions, and AI agents.

You’ll own architecture through deployment, work with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders, and leverage LangChain, LlamaIndex, Bedrock, and other LLMs to deliver production-ready systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software/application engineering experience.
• 1-2+ years building GenAI applications.
• Strong Python development with production ownership of apps and APIs.
• Hands-on GenAI experience using RAG, LLM pipelines, and Agentic AI.
• Strong AWS experience for cloud-native apps (Bedrock, EKS, Lambda, or Fargate).

Responsibilities

• Design and build GenAI-powered applications using Python, React/Next.js, and AWS.
• Develop LLM pipelines, RAG/Graph RAG solutions, AI agents, APIs, and prompts.
• Build cloud-native apps with AWS services such as EKS, Lambda, Fargate, Glue, and Lake Formation.
• Deploy solutions with Docker, Terraform, and DevSecOps practices; own end-to-end delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
