Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years recent experience in Geriatric Emergency Management.
• Minimum of 5 years recent experience assessing geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized clinical resource for frail elderly patients in the Emergency Department.
• Facilitate timely discharge and link elderly patients to community resources.
• Promote best practices in Elder Care nursing.
