Job summary

Fraser Health Authority is seeking a general Gastroenterologist to join the Abbotsford team, serving the Fraser East Health Region. Applicants must hold LIC to practice Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology in British Columbia and be in good standing with CPSBC.

The successful candidate will perform endoscopy and provide day consultative services across Abbotsford and Mission hospitals, with a 1-in-5 24-hour GI call for the Fraser East Health Region.

Qualifications

• Certification with FRCPC in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
• Eligible for full licensure with CPSBC.

Responsibilities

• Provide GI patient services to Fraser East Health Region.
• Perform endoscopy.
• Provide day consultative services in Abbotsford and Mission hospitals.
• Take part in a 24-hour regional GI call on a 1 in 5 rotation.
