Qualifications

• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff (apprentices, hand s, etc.).
• Assign sales workers to duties.
• Hire and train staff or arrange training.
• Order merchandise and authorize returns.
• Establish work schedules.
• Sell merchandise and prepare sales reports.
• Resolve customer requests and complaints; manage shortages.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Supervise and coordinate workers; manage cash.
• Oversee payroll administration; conduct performance reviews.
• Supervise office and volunteer staff.
