Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking an experienced Gas Service Foreman to lead our Southern Ontario team onsite. You will oversee gas-fired equipment, perform commissioning, maintenance, and high-level diagnostics while mentoring apprentices and technicians.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related HVAC service experience or equivalent
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, with track record of developing technicians
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in a client-facing environment

Responsibilities

• Lead gas service operations including compliance and documentation
• Perform service, maintenance, commissioning, inspection, and repair of commercial/industrial HVAC equipment
• Diagnose complex HVAC systems and guide technicians through problem resolution
• Conduct site safety assessments and ensure adherence to Daikin Applied standards
• Provide technical direction to apprentices and junior technicians and train on advanced controls
