A community-focused co-operative in Erickson seeks a Gas Bar Supervisor to provide leadership and ensure customer satisfaction at their gas bar. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills and a Grade 12 education, with prior experience in a similar role. Reporting to the Gas Bar/C-Store Manager, the Gas Bar Supervisor assists the manager with leadership, direction and oversight to the location, programs, and policies to meet budgeted goals and growth objectives. Responsible for building strong customer relationships and ensures safety and environmental policies, procedures and standards are achieved.
