What you’ll do

Reporting to the Gas Bar/C-Store Manager, the Gas Bar Supervisor assists the manager with leadership, direction and oversight to the location, programs, and policies to meet budgeted goals and growth objectives. Responsible for building strong customer relationships and ensures safety and environmental policies, procedures and standards are achieved.

Key responsibilities
  • Providing direction and leadership to the Gas Bar team
  • Assisting with the completion and follow through of all safety and environmental policies and procedures and ensure standards are achieved
  • Promote and ensure adherence to brand standards, marketing efforts, image standards, safety, and asset protection
  • Responsible for building strong customer relationships and delivering solutions
  • Processing customer transactions
  • May be responsible for ordering
  • Receiving and merchandising
Who you are
  • You have excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
  • You have previous Gas Bar and/or leadership experience
  • You have a Grade 12 high school education
  • You lead people in a way that fosters teamwork, efficiency and growth while ensuring accountability
  • You find ways to optimize work processes, are well organized and highly motivated
  • You have the ability to work independently without supervision
