What you'll do:

Reporting to the Gas Bar Manager, The Gas Bar Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Boissevain Gas Bar by:

  • Providing exceptional member service;
  • Stocking shelves as required;
  • Ensuring the location remains neat, clean, and orderly at all times by following good housekeeping standards;
  • Coordinating workloads and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards;
  • Training, mentoring, and supporting employees to ensure they have the skills and confidence to succeed in their roles;
  • Achieving and maintaining financial objectives for the department;
  • Delivering exceptional service by promoting quality customer interactions and resolving issues promptly;
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Who you are:

You are seeking a career in the Gas Bar Industry and bring the following qualifications:

  • Grade 12 education or an equivalent combination of experience;
  • Self‑motivated, reliable, responsible, friendly, and hardworking;
  • Ability to work under pressure and provide constructive feedback to employees in challenging situations;
  • Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends;
  • Physically capable of performing dynamic and static movements, repetitive tasks, and lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted;
  • Knowledge of products within the gas bar department is considered an asset;
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment;
  • Honest, trustworthy, and committed to excellence.
