Job summary

North Central Co-op's Albany Gas Bar/C-store seeks a Full-time Site Supervisor to join our Consumer Fuels team in Edmonton, Alberta. The successful candidate will support the management team, supervise gas bar attendants, and ensure a safe, friendly customer experience.

You must be transferable, flexible and available for opening/closing shifts. Two years gas bar experience and CRS familiarity required. We offer competitive salaries, benefits and an employer-contributed pension.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years Gas Bar experience.
• Familiar with CRS and willing to develop.
• Familiar with customer service and working outside in inclement weather.
• Honest, trustworthy, results-oriented and a team player.
• Able to build relationships and collaborate to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience with timely, efficient service.
• Support Gas Bar Attendants to increase customer experience and sales.
• Act as Shift Lead in the absence of the Site Manager.
• Open/close shifts as required.
