Job summary

Living Water Resorts in Collingwood, Ontario hires a landscape labourer to assist with outdoor maintenance at the resort grounds and golf course. You will perform turf mowing, planting and seasonal tasks, and support equipment upkeep in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
• 1 to less than 7 months of experience in landscape work.
• On-site, no remote option.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape constructions.
• Tie and secure plants.
• Weed, prune and trim trees and plants.
• Cut grass.
• Rake and collect refuse.
• Remove litter and garbage.
• Cart and spread topsoil and other materials.
• Lay sod or seed.
• Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees.
• Apply fertilizers.
• Repair and maintain equipment.
• Water and tend to plants, lawns and gardens.
• Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment.
