Garage by Groupe Dynamite in Dieppe is seeking a Sales Team Lead to promote a positive shopping experience and to lead a high-performing team delivering outstanding service.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will apply your passion for fashion, strong interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities to build lasting customer relationships and drive store performance with energy and focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Has passion for fashion.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service.
• Social media skills, mobile devices and computer skills are an asset.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as per business needs.
