Groupe Dynamite Inc. operates GARAGE stores and is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in Trois-Rivières. You will greet customers, help them find the perfect fits, and contribute to an elevated shopping experience that reflects our bold brand energy.

You’ll build real connections, maintain store visuals, and support daily store operations, including flexible scheduling, ensuring every guest leaves with a positive impression of GARAGE and our community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Passion for fashion and fearless sense of style.
• People-first attitude and ability to connect with customers.
• Energy to thrive in a fast-paced store environment.
• Team player with an individual edge.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Retail or sales experience is a plus but not required.

Your role:

Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be the face of our brand. As a Sales Associate, your focus is creating an elevated shopping experience-whether it's styling customers in their new favourite fits, building real connections, or bringing the vibe to the floor. You'll make every shopper feel like part of our Garage community, turning quick visits into long-term relationships with the brand. You'll also support the daily flow of the store, keeping everything running smoothly while upholding our brand and visual standards.
