Groupe Dynamite Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate for our Burlington, ON location. You will own the stockroom, manage inventory movements, process shipments, and ensure the floor remains full and inviting. From E-comm orders to markdowns, you’ll help create a seamless customer experience that keeps shoppers returning.

We value attention to detail, proactive teamwork, and a customer-first mindset. Flexible scheduling includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience (fashion a plus).

• Social media skills and tech-savvy; mobile and computer skills are a plus.

Responsibilities
