Job summary

Groupe Dynamite Canada is seeking an Operations Associate to keep the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, manage inventory, process shipments, and ensure the floor stays full and fresh, while supporting E-comm orders and markdowns to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll be detail-oriented, proactive, and focused on the customer. Flexible scheduling (evenings, weekends, holidays) helps us stay connected with the community.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma.
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset—you know your work powers the experience.
• Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus).
• Having a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities
