Job summary

GARAGE is seeking an Operations Associate FT at Royalmount to keep the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, manage inventory, process shipments, and ensure the floor stays full and fresh to create a seamless customer experience.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll support E-comm orders, markdowns, and back-of-house operations. A proactive, detail-oriented team player with a flexible schedule will thrive here.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 6+ months stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset powers the in-store experience.
• Social media skills and basic tech familiarity are a plus.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the stockroom and manage inventory flow.
