Job summary

Groupe Dynamite is seeking a Co-Manager for Garage/Dynamite stores in the Montreal area to lead a dynamic team and deliver an exceptional omni-channel shopping experience. You will recruit, train and coach staff to maximize sales, loyalty and store profitability.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive client relationships, coach performance, and ensure superb service across channels while adapting to busy schedules including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience
• Demonstrates passion for fashion and customer orientation
• Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills
• Ability to promote participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices and building on others’ ideas
• Flexible, innovative and able to react to changing business needs with impactful ideas
• Ability to build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
• Social media and mobile device skills; proficient with MS Office or Open-Office
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization and multitasking skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Summary
