Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Must have excellent writing skills and be able to effectively critique (in writing) student assignments.
• Normally, the completion of an undergraduate degree in Computer Science.
• Must have passed CIS*4820 (Game Programming) or similar course, with the minimum grade of 75%.
• The ability to communicate programming and software development concepts to students effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous successful TA experience supporting CIS*4820 (Game Programming).
• Previous experience with the Unity game engine.
• Demonstrated knowledge of CIS*4820 (Game Programming) subject area through course development or having recently taken a similar undergraduate or graduate course.
