Avenue Living Residential is seeking a Regional Operations Leader to drive performance across the residential portfolio. You will balance strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership, support teams, and ensure properties are safe, compliant, and aligned with company standards.

Lead development of talent, optimize assets, and enhance the resident experience while coordinating across sites to execute corporate strategy in a fast‑paced multi‑portfolio environment.

• Proven experience leading residential property management operations across multiple sites or portfolios.
• Strong operational, financial, and asset management knowledge within residential real estate.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing property management teams.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Ability to execute corporate strategy through cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong communication, organization, and decision‑making skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑portfolio environment.
• Proficiency with property management systems and reporting tools.
