Responsibilities
- Conduct technical analysis and perform policy calculations for inforce segregated fund policies.
- Investigate segregated fund fee-related inquiries and support various PDP exception requests.
- Prepare Management Expense Ratio (MER), Trading Expense Ratio (TER), and Fund Expense Ratio (FER) reporting.
- Support regulatory initiatives for total cost reporting requirements.
- Collaborate on product feature enhancements and maintain thorough documentation.
