- Maintain and update donor databases and CRM systems with accurate and timely data.
- Draft donor acknowledgment letters, tax receipts, and other communications.
- Identify and research potential donors, sponsors, and grant opportunities.
- Monitor fundraising metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.

Qualifications
- Diploma in nonprofit management, communications, event management, public relations, marketing, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in fundraising, events, or nonprofit development.
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of the dynamics of domestic violence, systemic racism, poverty, 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, and culturally responsive practices.
- Experience managing social media content and digital campaigns.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and CanadaHelps.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with grant writing or corporate sponsorships is an asset.
- A valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle are required.
