A leading professional services firm located in Canada is seeking an experienced HR Leader to join their Advisory function. The role involves providing strategic insights and solutions to guide talent management within the organization. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in HR leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence at executive levels. The salary range for this position is competitive, offering a base of $115,000 to $193,000 based on qualifications.

This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate will be required to support and collaborate with English‑speaking colleagues or stakeholders across the country while at KPMG. The successful candidate will be required to create, interpret and/or apply policies, practices, employment laws and and/or regulations during the regular course of their employment.
The expected base salary range for this position is $115,000 to $193,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
