Requirements

• Willing to have fun at Bi-Weekly payroll events and summer team activities!
• VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
• YOUR OWN VEHICLE
• Active University Student
• Age 18-26
• Experience with hands-on work (No professional experience necessary), you will be trained on how to do Painting projects and will be a pro by the time summer ends!
• Full-time commitment (40-50 hours weekly)
• Strong communication skills
• Willing to Learn
• Commitment to work from Beginning of May - End of August

Payment Structure

• We offer a base rate of 18.25 /hour
• High-performance bonuses available

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall completion of projects. Start to finish completion at a high standard of quality
• Responsible for carrying supplies (paint, ladders, crew kits) between jobs with your personal vehicle
• Daily responsible for the cleanliness of site and project
• Delivering quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners and business owner
• Manage day to day project tasks for properly providing services to clients
