St. Mary Catholic School is a Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 12 School

St. Mary Catholic School in Westlock, AB is currently seeking Educational Assistants to assist students with diverse academic and social/emotional needs.

These assignments are to begin as soon as possible and end June 30, 2027 of the 2026-2027 school year.

Salary range $20.74 - $29.32 as per Support Terms and Conditions of Employment.

Preference Given to Candidates with the Following Qualifications:

• Experience utilizing strength-based, trauma informed practices
• Experience working with students with diverse needs
• Able to effectively deal with crisis situation; physically able to lift and/or protect
• Supporting Individuals through Valued Attachments training
• Mental Health First Aid or equivalent
• Diploma in child/youth care, Educational Assistant Certificate and experience with Speech/Language Assistance are assets
