This leadership position will champion the leadership and growth of Paladin Security Group’s security programs for all Paladin contracts in London/St. Thomas, Ontario. You will be challenged to develop and coordinate implementation strategies to support all our operations and security program; developing the capacity of Paladin staff to respond effectively to security and life safety emergencies.

Job Duties
  • Assists in the development of short term and longer‑range goals and objectives, ensuring that such plans support the goals, policies and vision of Paladin Security Group
  • Develops, implements, maintains and evaluates the security programs for Paladin’s contracts
  • Oversees and schedules the appropriate resources to ensure all of the company’s contractual obligations are met
  • Takes ownership of staff and client issues and supports the timely response to both groups
  • Develops and maintains excellent relationships with the clients in the portfolio
  • Performs interviews to support Human Resources to ensure sufficient resources are available to meet the company’s contractual obligations
  • Administers progressive discipline in accordance with company policy and collective agreements, ensuring consistency, fairness, and proper documentation
  • Conducts fact‑finding meetings and workplace investigations, including meetings with employees, union representatives, and other relevant parties
  • Prepares clear, accurate, and timely documentation related to performance management, discipline, grievances, investigations, and other labour‑relations matters
  • Consults with the Labour Relations team on complex employee issues, disciplinary matters, grievances, and interpretation of collective agreement provisions
  • Ensures thorough site training and employee orientation programs are in place at all sites within the portfolio
  • Visits with clients and the staff assigned to the sites regularly and ensures the needs of both the client and staff are met
  • Monitors all accounts receivable of clients within the portfolio and assists accounting when needed to ensure all accounts are kept up to date

  • Be willing to work flexible hours and be available for on‑call rotation to provide support outside of standard business hours
