Job summary

Bethany Manor in Saskatoon, SK, is seeking a full-time Resident Aide to join our team. This role requires day and night shifts and a compassionate approach to caring for our senior residents.

You will assist with daily living activities, administer medications with accuracy, and help with recording, cleaning, laundry, and meals. The successful candidate will complete required training and pass background checks.

Bethany Manor, a non-profit Christian seniors housing organization, is seeking a full-time Resident Aide to join our team.

Applicants must enjoy working with seniors and be committed to providing a safe and healthy environment and quality care for our residents.

The Resident Aide will be required to work day and night shifts.

Regular duties

• Working with residents
• Assistance with the essential activities of daily living
• Medication administration and charting with strong attention to detail

The selected candidate will be required to submit a criminal record check with the vulnerable sector check prior to commencement of employment.

The selected candidate will also be required to complete a two-day Personal Care Home Worker Course, Standard First Aid & CPR certification, Food Safety training and WHMIS 2015 within the first month of employment. Bethany Manor will pay for required training if the selected candidate does not currently possess it.
