In this key front‑line role, you’ll create a positive first impression for every visitor and caller while keeping our front desk running smoothly.

$20.00 per hour

Full Time – Open Availability

What You Will Be Doing
  • Answer a high volume of incoming calls on a multi‑line phone and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Responsible for receiving payments (cash, checks, and credit card payments) from customers
  • Greet customers with a clear, friendly voice, along with a professional demeanor
  • Licensing paperwork
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Daily production reports and till balancing
What You Bring to the Table
  • Completion of High School
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and maturity
  • Multitasking and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Above average computer skills
  • Multi‑line phone experience is considered an asset
  • A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Dealership experience is not required, but considered an asset
